New Game - Feed Mr. Peterson Halloween Edition

Well, it's more of a "new" game, I suppose. I decided it'd be fun to skin/theme the old game with a Halloween theme. I mean Halloween is about treats and cats, right? Right. If you hated the first one, well, consider this more of a trick than a treat.
