I was helpful! FaceTime tech support.

I had an opportunity to help a player of one of my games with technical support this weekend. They were having problems getting Audiorun running on their iPad2. Turns out there are at least two different types of accessibility voice options on iOS: VoiceOver and Speech.

You disable VoiceOver by hitting the Home button 3 times. You disable Speech by double-tapping the screen with three fingers. She was using the latter and that makes Flash-exported iOS applications not work properly.

In any case, we chatted over FaceTime on Sunday and it was great to be able to help someone out with the application. It was also really great to have the opportunity to talk to someone who had only recently lost their vision within the last few years and learn about their opinions on accessible software available. I'm happy she was able to get the game working.
