Made some fried chicken for the boys for dinner. I thought it was pretty good! I basically eyeballed a bunch of flour, two eggs, Lowry's salt, garlic powder, and just did a dredge before frying in oil in a large cast iron pan.
8 minutes a side? I don't even remember.
I should practice finding the right breading considering fried chicken is my favorite food. More salt, maybe? Maybe let the chicken sit in salt water for a little bit before cooking?
