While not a creative endeavor, I think it's worth noting that I've been on an effort to lose weight for the last two months. After the second kid was born (~3 years ago), I sort of just stopped caring. Became pretty stationary and ate a lot of free food.
I made the decision 2 months ago to fix that. With regular exercise (the best I can do with a messed up ankle) and watching what I eat, I've basically gone down to my high school weight. I'm hoping with the right attitude I can keep it off.
Here's to a healthier me, I guess.
