2018 in Review

Another year has come and gone. I was able to work on something every day of the year (second time around). I feel like I did a lot of things this year, but like always, it never feels like enough. Let’s take a look back at some highlights.

I’m thinking 2019 I’ll skip the “make a thing everyday”. Instead I’m going to try to focus on just a few things and hopefully get really good at them.

  • I’m not very good at writing stories. I want to get better.

  • I’ve been invited to design a roll-and-write game for an anthology in H1 2019. I need to finish that up.

  • I have an adventure card game design / architecture I want to finalize and make a few demos with.

  • I’ll continue Shenbot Draws and draw more random stuff.

Happy new year!

Potting Table

Bought Josie a potting table for Christmas. Put it together this afternoon.

Dry Aged Prime Rib

Learned how to dry age prime rib. Just wrap it in cheese cloth in the fridge so the outside dries out. It was easy and delicious!
